Photos would have been taken around the time Indonesia declared independence and the Dutch attempted to re-establish colonial rule. My parents were children at the time and Indonesian independence lead to their immigration to Holland. All Indonesian residents with any Dutch ancestry had to leave Indonesia or be "ethnically cleansed."
The truck looks like some version of the Otter called the Mosegris.

Funny name for a military vehicle! Mosegris roughly translates into something like swamp-pig (Arvicola terrestris)!
They certainly look like C15TA trucks.
