"Zeit für die Skis" is German for "Time for the skis".
I have been thinking about starting a campaign that deals with skis.
I was thinking of a campaign that would concentrate on a subject that required skis. Any scale would be fine. I want to keep it military based. It can be any nation. I was thinking along the lines of figures or any military vehicle, aircraft or whatever. It could be individual figures, vehicles, vignettes, or dioramas. I probably wouldn't start it until towards the end of this year or possibly towards the end of 2009 to give the current campaigns a chance to finish. I wanted to run it during the winter months to kind of follow the theme.
Ski troops came to mind, as did a Storch on skis. Maybe a diorama of the water skiing scene from "Apocalypse Now"?
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks,

Did you mean for this to be in the Russio-Soviet forum?

I did. I just wanted to let everyone know about it. I figured I would put it out there in the other forums for people that don't necessarily read the campaign forum.
flakgunner already mentioned using Eastern Expresses Zis-42
Thanks for checking.
