I was wondering if the largest military diorama of whatever scale is recorded in the Guinness book of world records. If not I was thinking that the biggest is probably in some museum somewhere but can anybody come up with any photos of a big diorama with dimensions.

I doubt guiness would put a distinction in their records between dioramas and military dioramas.

The huge Halo 3 diorama is supposedly 1200 sq. ft. and 12 feet high. Here's an Armorama thread on it:

This Gettysburg one is billed as the largest in the US - http://www.artilleryridge.com/museind.html

And then here's always this one......it's certainly BIG ....... http://www.anniebees.com/China/China_42.htm
