Or you could order them from this guy. Don't be intimidated by the Dutch Language he understands perfectly English. He gives a really good service. Makes really neat bases. And if something isn't there simply give him the dimensions and he will make it specially for you. I have all my bases custom made and all by him as he delivers the best stuff I have seen in Europe. Yes it miht be a bit more expensive then the trophyshop or the Walmart or Micheals but believe me this quality is worth every penny.
The thread is more or less a showcase for his dio bases

How high (approx) and how big (foot print)?
Some of the figure guys have connections for 2"high bases for figures and some vignettes. I think Matt is the guy that comes to mind.

You can also use MDF and make your own. Just cut three identical shaped pieces and glue them together, put a thin coat of spackle on the outside and sand smooth.

You're in PA, consider making a trip to Wilmington DE the weekend on the 23rd or 24th of April, The Miniature Figure Collectors of America is sponsoring their annual show at THE CHASE CENTER ON THE RIVER FRONT 800 South Madison Street Wilmington, Delaware .
There are at least two very high quality base dealers there. MFCA website

I think I have the solution for you. I have a space problem and wanted to figure out the best way to keep Dioramas small.
One of the best things I found was in Michael's (Ithink Hobby Lobby or other craft store has them as well). It is a little cheap $1.99 made-in-china wooden box with a slide lid on it (like a half-size cigar box) about 2 1/2 inches tall, about 6 X 10. I turn it over, and then use whatever color ofSpraypaint is on sale, Give about three coats, sand in beatween with a palm sander, and then paint it what whater color I want the base to be. Gloss Black ends up looking lke deep laquer, but any color looks good as well. There is even a bonus: The Lid is usually so cheaply made that the lamination comes apart and you get great, in-scale wood for debris or making anything with a wood finish.

Wayne what part of PA are you in?
If you’re anywhere near Somerset county I've got a wood shop and would be more then happy to take on the job.

Figured an Example would help. The DImensions are 9X6. As I said these are cheap little boxes found in any hobby store like Michaels.
