Is the Toga ASU-57 the same kit as the Moldova ASU-57? I know the AER kit is the same as the Toga. Neat little airborne tank.

Rob,
Haven't seen the Toga kit. I have the Moldova kit. About as big as the AFV Club Wiesel. Got mine from a friend as a bagged kit. Looks like it should be alright. Will let you know when the glue hits it. "Q"
ps, would hate to be in that thing actually fighting

Found the answer by inspecting my sprues more carefully. Moldova is where the kit is made. Mine is in a Toga box and has AER Moldova engraved on the bottom, so I guess they are all the same. Just wondering if one was better than the other, I guess they are all the same though.

Rob,

From what I've heard there is only the one mold of the kit by AER and it is supposedly a pretty good kit. The only thing that desperately needs replaced is the barrel and Model Point makes a great little barrel for the kit. A guy in my model club built one and it is truly a little gem of a model.

I have one lying around too.
Very nice little kit but I think the detailing is a bit crude.
Also the tracks and drivesprockets will require some attention.

Hopefully I'll finish it of within the next couple of years :-)
