I'm not sure about the Jagdpanzer IV A-O, but I know the Panther G/M-10 erstatz is a Panther G with some extra bits of metal plates bolted to various place on the superstructure and turret to try and make the Panther resemble an Allied M-10 tank destroyer. There are two pictures of one on pg. 125 of the Encyclopedia of "German tanks of WWII"(great book).

(Sorry I haven't said hi to y'all...been lurking for a while now...and no one had responded and I knew the answer...go me!)

The Jadgpanzer IV A-O is the first prototype vehicle for the jagdpanzer IV series ...It differs from the production models by having rounded corners on the front armor plates ...I'm sure there are alot of other differences but this is the biggy!!
