Very nice work Neil, just the right amount of chipping too. Maybe a touch more weathering. Are the turret numbers decals or stencilled on?

hi pat & giacomo
the decal's are the one's supplied with the kit.i just used a fair bit of micro sol and kept stippiling the soft decal into the zim with a flat paint brush.i think they settled down quit well.
thank's for your interest
neil.

Hi Neil ... Great camo and finish on your tiger congrats ....Now I don't know how accurate you wanted to be but 304 was a mid production tiger with rubber road wheels. It doesn't take away from a very well done model though.

Hi Neil,
this is very well done, always like to see tanks which are not full of mud, decals also looking good. Thanks for sharing your pics.

Hi Neil ...Not your fault ..I actually took a look at the decal sheet that they provided and I'm pretty sure that's not the only mistake they made ...The 505th Tank is probably an "earlier" late than the one in the box and would be better suited for DX07 Alfred Kurmaul kit . So just say you used the kit instructions as your reference and that is that .. Are you going to add the cut out and the crossed key insignia on the front and back ?

Great Tiger, Neil. The subtle chipping is very well done.
I have the Dragon Tiger II with zimmerit in my stash and has been a little concerned about how to get the decals to settle properly. Glad to hear and see you solved this very well. This means there is still hope for me with good amounts of Micro Sol.
Thanks for sharing

Hello Neil,
Wonderful job on the Tiger! Love that camo, the colors all tie together very very well and the paint chipping is spot on. You should be proud of your work. Thanks for sharing!!!!

Hello Neil. I like this ..... and you´ve done a great kit justice! Nice camo.
Will you be adding figures .... it needs something to make it live, IMO. I see that you´ve left the turret hatches open. That would really set it off!

hello again frank
you are wright it does need 1 or 2 figures to finish it of they will give the model a sense of scale but its finding the wright ones. i recently bought a set of dragon figures (panzer crew lah division) but personaly found them difficult to paint.so i think i will search about for some nice and expensive resin one's.....

I built the same kit with Cavalier zim. Came out nothing like yours. Looks beyond awsome. How is such work possible!
