MiniArt are about to release their latest 1/35th scale building kits. The new release will be 36006 - French Street. This is more, however than simply a building kit. The new release includes items such as injection-moulded window frames, accesories and even a set of commercial signs. The full story can be seen:

The Mini Art buildings are invaluable because they're specific to times and places, but the vacuform molding process just means sooooo much work. The joints never seem to fit, and the instructions are, well, primitive at best. I've built their Ukrainian city building and village building, and am taking a rest from further ones right now.
The kits, though, sure beat Verlinden. Bought their Italian farm ruin and it's basically some plaster cast parts that will require a lot of supplementing and clean-up.
