I'm currently building the Hasegawa Sd.Kfz 251/1 Ausf.D and wondered if anyone knows of any replacement tracks I can use instead of the "rubber band" ones that come with the kit.

You have a few options. ESCI made set of hard tracks for their 251/250 series. These hard tracks are available in the Italeri re-release of the 251. You my also be able to trade for them at Missing Links "Braille Scale Forum." The ESCI hard tracks are not perfect but they are better than the Hasegawa ones.
