How about a little more info on what you plan on building? What time frame and setting? WWII, WWI, Civil War, Vietnam, Iraq, etc... European theatre, Pacific theatre, etc... We need a little more to go on to point you in the right direction.

That is a start. European Theatre, Pacific Theatre, hastily built, more permanent, etc? WWII is still an open subject. Also, what do you mean by "Observation Bunker"? Any bunker could be used for observation. There wasn't really a specifically built bunker for observation. Most were multi-role. Also, since the US was on the offensive across Europe and the Pacific, we didn't build many permanent (concrete) bunkers. We did occupy and use many German and Japanese bunkers as we came across them though. Bunkers are mainly used in a defensive role where you are in fixed, static positions.

well, i'm not really sure what kind of bunker you are looking for, but at : http://www.fortiff.be/regelbau/, you will most likely find it.
it is in Belgian, but at the left side, it says Heeres, Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe... and so on...
there you will find a index of the bunkers the German army used, in 3D!!!

There is also that famous picture of the MGunner on a balcony in Europe that got shot, but there are two more pictures before he gets shot. I'll look for it again and post a link.
