Can anyone tell if I can use the USA M113 Track Set from Academy (ACY1360)
on my Iraleri M-163 A1 Vulcan. Are they compatible?

Yes, the M163 used standard T-130 M113 tracks. They will fit it fine.

do you know if this specific Academy track set will fit on my M-163 Vulcan Italeri kit,?

I think not to say to you bétise advising caterpillars of the mark MODELKASTEN, they are of outstanding quality and with very little work netoyage. I used for my aivait PT-76 and SA-6 (the photos are on the forum).
