Resicast make a number of British tank rider figures for their Kangaroo kit:

Resicast do a couple of tankriders and here
Ultracast do a seated tanker figure in Battledress that might work with a change of head and some infantry gear. Also this driver in BD.

Cromwell models did a set but I have no experience of their figures so I can't recommend them.
There is nothing that I know of in plastic.
