Anyone know what happened to Fox? They were supposed to release 1/48 scale figures but haven't updated anything in almost a year.

A good question. Since I posted the original News story here, absolutely nothing...

Well i'm not sure exactly what is happening but AFAIK the intention is still to release them, but they are intending on producing metal versions (for wargamers) and resin ones for the painters.....which means two sets of moulds each with their own issues.
Also, the intention is to have a significant initial release of both Germans and Americans and the sculpter, Tom Meier, is doing these between other projects, so progress is slow.
Work I beleive is still going on - in December Tom had sculpted a 30cal Browning and there a pic of that and other Fox miniatures on his blog:

I have been lucky enough to have a go at painting a pre-release casting, which is winging it's way back to Jim as I type; painting oak leaf camo at this scale is something else!

Well I am glad to hear they are still working towards releasing everything. I normally don't do 1/48 but was really looking forward to these offerings. Thanks for all the info!
