Hi Juljon, nope it's not...Just something i wanted to identify myself with... its actually the name of my blog, http://cavalrymodels.blogspot.com, where i post pics of projects in progress and completed, a place to share the hobby both with friends & fellow modellers...

Usually i find that pple dun think much of our hobby, thus i wanted to create this to bring them into the hobby to understand it better...

THis is the Legend's full resin kit. Yup rather pricey...But then again, am a crazy fan of IDF armor...Had to get it at that pt of time..

Heard Academy's coming out the plastic kit for Merkava 4.

Hi all,
A bit of news from Academy they are producing a Merkava 4 kit in 1/35th scale kit number 13213. They say it will be out in July 2008. The kit will also include photo etch.

I checked with the importer in the UK and it was on their list for future releases.
Lets hope it will be on time. Lets also hope it will be accurate.

It will be a lot cheaper than resin, a lot easier to make and less mess.

Hi all,.

Mouth watering news confirmation received from Academy that Merkava 4 will be released November 2008. I hear that it might be the 2nd prototype with the straight exhausts, the one that was on display at the Latrun Museum. No doubt the aftermarket boys will bring out update kits for it. Still I hope it will be better working with plastic than resin, although the Legends Merkava 4 is a masterpiece.

I went into the mmzone.co.kr website and clicked on the Merkava 4 boxart and the computer generated pictures appeared, so it could mean that the release of the Merkava for in not too
far off.
