Hi everyone. I have stumbled upon these paints that i use to create Woodland Camo. I compared them to one of my camo jackets and found they are pretty close. All are acrylics.
Tamiya Deep Green (XF- 26)-Dead Match
Tamya Khaki (XF-49)- Very close match
Polly Scale NATO Tri Brown (F505352)- Dead Match
Polly Scale Nato Tri Black (F505350)- Dead Match
As for painting, it is debatable. I start by painting everything with Polly scale NATO tri brown. After that dries, i paint the stripes of Tamiya Deep Green. Then, I add splotches of Tamiya Khaki. I let the Khaki overlap the Green Stripes. After that is all done, use a fine-tip brush and paint the black bits. Let this overlap everything, and go sparse on this. It helps VERY much to have a piece of the Woodland garment or a reference pic nearby. Hope i helped.
