I bought a armor kit on e-bay from someone in Hong Kong and have lost contact with them....maybe from SARS........I don't know
Has any one had any trouble with kits from Hong Kong

Dealing with HongKong is always a crap-shoot...keep an eye on ebay...basically the sellers feedback...if it is going bad, you got taken...sorry

Some of my "favorite" armor kit "dealers" are in Hong Kong... If you're having trouble with an E-Bay seller... just be sure to be persistent in contacting E-Bay and reporting the problem.
I've had nothing but good luck with the "dealers" there.

yup, buying from ebay, u need to check their feedback, also find some ebay sellers those have registered company in hong kong, have contact address, phone number, company account, if you got problem, wrtie an email to hongkong police to complain them, they have paypal and bank account in hong kong, it is not a difficult job for police to investigate your case.
