Is there a gun barrel for 120mm for the tamiya M1A1 Abrams w/ mine plow. Starting the kit soon and was wondering if there is one.

I also would like to know what PE sets that would work for the tamiya kit.

Any of the 120mm Abrams AM barrels will work. No idea which is the best, I think the kit one is fine and can come out great with a little work.

Eduard has a PE set for the tank and plow that works well too.

There were some really nice ones for thr Tameya kit. Remember that the hole in the mantlet of that kit is smaller than Dragon or Trumpeter. These barrels are getting hard to find. There is a new one comming out from Armor Scale. It comes with resin parts and a new mantlet. From the pictures, it looks pretty good. Check "The Barrel Store"

I'd highly recommend the kit main gun tube....it's cheaper than the alternatives
