Thanks Keith. Dios like this should be brought back once a year, every year.
Its one of those dios that can be looked through time and time again, just checking out the details, and the level of work in each detail. Every brick is individually highlighted and weathered, and every figure is a stand-alone quality. Very inspiring work.
Some may be of the opinion that its overcrowded, but IŽd disagree. Its the pinacle of dio building ... planes trains and automobiles, varying levels, water, flags, figures, rubble, buildings, weathering. Its the encylopedia of modelling in one dio!! 10/10.

Brilliant I was looking for this dio a while and couldn't find it . I thought it was lost when WW2 Modelmaker went bust.

Simply fantastic. The amount of detail is absolutely great. One can look at it for hours and there will still be some new details there.

thank you all for your comments! even though this one is getting a little long in the tooth (bout 5 years old now) it was still a joy to build. my styles of painting and building have changed somewhat from this dio til now so it brings back some memories of how i used to get it done. thanks for posting keith. hopefully you'll think about reposting "Cellar Dwellars " once again as well. it is one of my personal favorites!

My pleasure Dan,
I currently have three other Dioramas of yours to post up which we will do over the next couple of months
cellar Dwellers is one of my favorites as well, but cellar Dwellers already exists on the site, must have been put up before my time. Although i do think i may have more pictures to add to

Dan, I have to look long and hard at your dios to make sure I'm getting the full story, which I am sure is your intension, but your attention to detail and the sheer size of your pieces is second to none. I hope someday to see your work in person, but I can understand that travelling to CA with such a behemoth would be near impossible
