Hi Folks,
I need some references to build a Cullin's hedgerow cutter to my new M4 Sherman project at 1/35 scale. I would appreciate if someone could help to have references (photos), sizes, types and formats and how they were built and attached to vehicles.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Jorge,
These were designed/invented by Master Sgt Curtis G Cullen, (Joe I think).. Sometimes referred to as the Cullen Hedgerow cuttter to the best of my knowledge thjey were in fact call 'Rhino's'.
They were made from steel rails welded to the front of the tank, I think there were a variety of styles
If you google images for Rhino Hedgerow Cutter you'yy get a few images, don't have any plans or drawings myself.

When I was rweading the History of the Irish Guards, it said they were a great devide, but came too late as the breakout was already happening. Carried 2 lorry loads to Holland and dumped them by the side of the road, as there weren't many hedges in Holland.
IWM's wed site shoudl also have a few images.

Hey Jorge,
IIRC, the hedgerow cutters were made from German tank obstacles that had been cleared from the beaches of Normandy and from tank traps in France.
Here's some info:
