Hi everyone,

here the panzer II from tamiya (over 30 years old). I used a base from the manufacturer Achtung-Tommy (wich i had to review for the kitmaker-forum).

I'll translate the review in english one of these days and place it here on the armorama-site.

About the painting of the grounwork i wrote an article aswell. See it here:

greetings

koen

ps. This kit is part of the DAK-campaign Burnt Sand that's running on the kitmaker forum!

I'd like more information on how the ground has been fashioned. It looks excellent.

Sadly, I don't read Dutch!

Fantastic build, the weathering on the model and ground is great.

Nice Pz. II, Koen. It has really seen some abuse in the desert. Very realistic for a dark grey repainted vehicle.
The Panzer seems to float on the ground, which is difficult to fix on a premanufactured base.

Very nice work there indeed.

Love the scratched look of it.

I actually bought this kit last week...it was on sale.

Thanks for sharing
