Someone mentioned in the what modern Armor kit would you like to see thread that Trumpeter was coming out with T-62's. Now this has been in the rumor mill for a few years. Does anyone know if it has been actually announced and a tentative release date been issued? Or, is this just continuation of the speculation?

It's been on the new Trumpeter kit releases over on PMMS for a while, but that's about it. No pics or anything.

sprue shots were shown on the web last fall, but no more news since then.

Who knows, they may start shooting out of the woodwork at any given moment. My guess...Fall of '08, but that is just MNSHO.
