Hello there ladies and gentlemen. I have a question for you. Which is the kit that you enjoyed building the most? I am just trying to have an idea.

Hmmm....I think mine is probably the new Tamiya T-55, though there have been several otehrs which I would rate highly (Tamiya Challenger I mk III and Leopard 2A5 for example).

Usually it's always the last I've built!!! This is due to the fact that your skills are always improving, so you can usually give the best on the last kit passingh through your hand. Of course there are some exceptions...

Hiya, Panzer_fan. Very nice question, are you looking for ideas? The model I enjoyed the most, was by far, the Tamiya Dragon Wagon. I think my handle gave it away as well.
It's a very detailed model which gives you a lot off hours of building, and painting fun!!
Enjoy it, John.

The trailer to the Tamiya Famo is pretty fun as you get to use a few metal pieces, some chain, springs, metal steering rods, and a lot of screws. Many parts of the model actually work. For a diorama, it's kind of useless, but it makes it quite neat to build. Having said that, I'm not about to go out and buy another, even if I had the money. That kit is a lot of work.

The Tamiya Greyhound was a pretty cool build. Interior detail, open turret, cute little useless 37 mm cannon, 6 wheels. What more could you ask? I am currently working on the Dragon Hummel and it has been pretty nice so far, too. I also have to echo the "last one I built" comment.

For me, at this point in time, I'd say either the Tamiya T-34/72 that I finished a month ago (one of the few models I have actually completely finished). I painted it in a winter camo scheme. I learned some new techniques, tried some others (pastels and water for winter camo wasn't as easy as FSM makes it out to be), also played around with a little scratch building and using motor tool (to cut out the engine cover screens and replace them with brass) went together quick, easy. I had a blast. The other would be my 1/16 r/c tiger. I know its not exactly a plastic kit, but still. After all that work, you get to play with it. Most rewarding. But ask me again in a couple of weeks, and I'm sure I'll have a different answer.

I would have to say that I really enjoyed Tamiya's M48 Patton. It was a lot of fun to build. I put a lot of new techniques into it that made it fun.
I was very pleased with Tamiya's M3 Stuart too.
In AC land I'm going with Monograms Classic Avenger. The kit was really poor but I had fun putting a lot of myself into it.

I have only built two A Pak gun and a universal carrier. I enjoyed the carrier quite a bit. It was by Tamiya.

The last model that I really enjoyed building was the Tamiya Marder III. Nice Kit...unusual subject...for Tamiya, and great fit. Now i'm looking forward to building the Brummbaer( Late) from Dragon. See Ya. Jeff

Well I've built very few kits, and finished even fewer...
but I must say that the Academy Tiger I with interior is my favourite so far. It's a bit much for a beginner like me, but I've had a lot of fun and learned alot about the beast in building it. It's not a bad price too!
The only problem I've had with it is that the fitting isn't that greatest on all of the parts. You can make do and bodge things together with some patience and time however.

Tamiya GMC 2.5 ton truck and/or the Tamiya FAMO. But number one is my S&T Products 120MM WWII Marine, that was a good time...

Usually it's always the last I've built!!!
This is true for me 90% of the time but there are a few exceptions to the rule. If I look at what Ive built, the model that stands out so far as my favourite is Italeri´s Big foot. Never got the best reviews, or much acclaim, but it is my fav. I like the look of it and also has probably something to do with own development. I still feel I did a good job building it and painting it. Others before and after, I feel I could have done something better!
At the moment Im building Dragons scud launcher and it is the single worst kit I have ever built. So many gaps, thick sprues, parts not fitting, etc. but believe it or not it is really enjoyable! It must be the challenge to do it as good as I can. Hopefully the end result will show how much work goes into it!
Still, this is a great hobby and Im loving every minute of it!

I enjoy the Steyr RSO Tractor kits from Italeri (looks like Tamiya is reboxing at least one).
Each time I get one I clear the workbench and build it. I now have all 3 versions. I got the wood cab RSO towing a PAK from ebay. It arived 2 days ago and I've been working on it ever since. Here is my favorite of the three.

For the pure fun of building a kit out of the box it would have to the Tamiya Dragon Wagon. I think my second would have to the M-88 Recovery vehicle (Vietnam) by AFV Club

AFV Club's M88A1 is my favorite for now. It's got a lot of little parts to challenge your patience. Part fit is good and you also get 3 bits of PE in the box.

Tamiya Marder III M....it fell together with little gap filling, and sanding.
It really has got me excited about my Pershing and T-55!

Since I've built nine different versions of the Leopard 1 i would have to say that the Italeri Leopard 1A4 is my favourite. All of the Revell leopard 1 kits are based on the same chassis so there are loads of variants to follow. the Modelpoint barrel and Eduard 1a5 set are great extras. Watch for the Maple Leaf Models/Trackjam C1 conversion to follow shortly. (shameless plug)

I like the Tamiya Stug III the best. I just really like the looks of the Stugs and this kit goes together with zero problems.

Easy choice for me, I had always wanted an S-tank and have just finished the main painting of the Strv 103. I have enjoyed this one so far the best. OOB on the B and will add Eduard and indy links to the C.

Mine was the old Italeri / Peerless Max of the C.M.P. Gun Tractor. And you all that I was going to say a Sherman didn't you.
