Hi there,

I am planning to scratch the duke antenna which is often seen on current us vehicles. Is there anybody who has some detailed info about that...

size/height...???
purpose...???
and the most important:
possible to be used on current Marines´ Command and Control LAV...???

The Duke is one of the Counter Radio-Controlled IED Electronic Warfare (CREW) devices. These devices jam IED detonation signals. I've seen it on different LAV variants (LAV-25, LAV-L, LAV-M) but I've yet to find pics showing it fitted to LAV-Cs...

My own measurements:

DUKE ANTENNA (right front) 4 1/2" diameter can, 3' 5" in height; bottom of antenna to flange: 8", Portion under flange: 1' 5"
