Robert,

Great composition really like the bridge , can I ask how ae you going to handle the underside of the arch ? the wire trees will look fantastic once finnished. when you glue them in place remember that trees general grow at 90 degrees to flat ground even on a slope.

Best wishes,

Jerry

Well I'm not sure what You mean about handling underside of the arch ,if You asking about bridge itself its allmost finished and it's look like rest of bridge , if You ask about situation under bridge there wil be four SAS soldiers preparing for some action and on the bridge will may be some german soldiers passing by not aware of sas under bridge.
Thanks on tip about tree growth

Robert,
Nice progress! The stone texture looks really good and the painting looks good too. Just a suggestion, maybe add a few streaks (like from rain water) going down the side of the bridge stones. And I agree, nice composition.
Since the trees will be partially blocking the view onto the road (for us viewers), you might want to go with the R75 on the bridge rather than the walking infantry. Just something a little bigger to get our attention.

to Jerry: If you look at the second pic you can kind of see the underside of the bridge. It looks like it has the same stone pattern and texture as the rest.

NIce start so far Robert. Like how you've done the arch, with the trees along the sides your scene will be a good one. Look forward to seeing your progress. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, well I was reading a lot how to make wire tree and this is my way to do it: process is basically the one described here
https://armorama.kitmaker.net//features/135

but instead to cover all wire with plaster I have use strips of gauze (bandage) soak with mix of white glue and tile glue. Strips of gauze was wraped around wire and let to dry. Everything was sprayed with car primer and acryl car paints . I didn't cover thinest wires with gauze just paint them with primer and acryl paint. When gauze is dried you can form wire in any position without being afraid that it will break like it will if you cover it with plaster. I hope You can understand what i mean. After that I sprayed tree with glue and sprinkle with foliage. For foliage I have used birch seed for first tree and cumin (caraway) for second, and that is all.

Cheers

looks very realistic.
when put shrubs and tall grass was very well managed and very well camouflaged vehicle to

may also make the river with some water, just a little of it

Robert,

This is looking good. Your tree technique is very clever. I've actually avoided the twisted wire method because I didn't like the part where you had to cover everything with plaster or putty...but your method solves that problem. Thanks.
I think you should make the trees stand straighter rather than having them at an angle, they will always grow 90 degrees to the ground.
It looks really good, keep it up.

Thanks on comment Bill, and yes trees will be on 90 degrees to the ground, those photos are made just to see how it would look like. In next few days I'm planing to finaly do some groundwork, now I'm still testing some solution how to create shallow stream under bridge using wood warnish.

Any sugestions how to or what kind of undergrowth to put under trees ?
Cheers
