I recently lost a small piece of my Karle Morser to the carpet. I contacted Dragon by e-mail and just received a replacement (actually four of the same part) direct from China. This only took a couple of weeks.

I just wnated to let everyone know that they are trying to provide the same service as companies like Tamiya that have domestic offices.

:-) :-) :-)

There have been quite a few reviews about bad service from companies on here in the last few days. With rip-offs becoming more and more frequent, it is nice to hear that some are still willing to give top service. Well done dragon ....... hopefully others are listening!

Actually Dragon Models does have an American Office now just go to http://www.dragonmodelsusa.com/dmlsusa/front.asp
They just got up and running recently. I still like the Chinese homepage better. It has a lot more info. Thanks for the info. I have lost a lot of parts to the "carpet monster"! Jeff
