Hey guys!..this is my first post over here, I usually build nice shiny cars and have a few in the auto gallery..anyways this is my first ever "military" build and I had a GREAT time doing this, although the parts are a tad smaller I've always thought the Stryker was a cool machine so I ventured to the dark side! in fact I should have an M1-A1 & a LAV-25 arriving this week! Let me first say a big thanks to Rob Burik for both of his excellent reviews, a shout out to the Prime portal mil. site and all the rest of the HUNDREDS of websites I visited for refs.. for mine I wanted a crew so I made a semi-interior from Egreen for the driver& vehicle cmmdr. no detail really since you can't see much, but this thing really lends itself to being all opened up. I kinda based this on some pics. I found of training manuevers held in Korea...as you'll see I'm new at military figures and trying to duplicate the new digital uniforms came out so-so I'm sure theirs a tech. for it!..anyway I thought this was a 10+ kit, if you pay close attn. to the directions, the illustration is fantastic and I only broke/lost 1 part the right side mirror arm,so I just made one from wire. please leave any input ....PICS BELOW

What a lovely diorama, I like the colors and especially how the painting of the figures match with the painting of the vehicle. It is clear to me that you have your own style ! Congratulations on that is my first thing to say. Only a fine drybrushing on the raised bolts etc. ? Beautiful pics too. G.

Looks good, Brian. A very nice first armour model in a compact and action packed scene. A heavily thinned dark wash and some light dusting afterwards could improve it even further or maybe you could try that on your next armour model.
Thanks for sharing and welcome to the really fun side of modelling

Thanks guys!!..Ed the skeleton was part of the base, It's an old Revell off road display case I picked up long ago thinking it might be useful someday and it was just right for this of course it was heavily "modified"!..Jesper I did do some "washing" and dusting, but I didn't want to get to carried away as most of my refs. show these units to be fairly clean...that and I'm still learnin'
