Hi

If my memory serves me correctly that would be a product generally known as foamboard or foamcore.

It is used in the graphics industry quite a lot and is made up of two sheets of card with a foam poly centre. Very light but strong, although the card can dent easily.

Most graphic suppliers will stock it in various sizes and thickness and is usually cut with a sharp knife like a scalpel blade etc
