Not bad on the M198, just a few hydraulic lines and electrical lines missing according to my TM's, based on what I can make out on these pictures.

[quoteThe truck is not the Austrian Steyr 12M18 but the American M1078 LMTV.
There are a few differences in the grill, bumper etc that "proofs" this.[/quote]

Ditto Marcel !

Man, that figures. I just about finished up the Airmodel resin M198 and they come out with one in plastic. I guess its time to get another to see how it compares. Looks good from the pics though.

The M1078 LMTV looks good too. I wonder if anyone will make the armored cab conversion for the LMTV?

Yeah,
I'm curious too since I've built 5 from MHouse and 4 from Airmodel. Now, I've got to buy a few of these as well.

Heya Gino and Andy! Do you guys have a collection of OIF slogan pics for this awesome king of the battlefield? I'm looking at working out a complete stencil and data plate set for this kit (I think I've got pretty much info to work from)... All it needs are cool OIF slogans (I've seen a few, but only on other arty pieces). Gino, this has got to be up your alley!?

It's great that Trump is coming up with this kit, hopefully they continue with other arty pieces like the M119 105mm perhaps, another one that saw action in OIF?

These are very nice, it's always good to see more modern stuff, but I wonder what scale they will come in?

These will both be in 1/35.

Lawrence, sorry, I don't have any pics of barrel names or anything like that. Unfortunately, I am in the DIV HQ now and don't get many chances to go out and see the units in the field. Good luck on them, though.

Sorry about the confusion - I was sent the wrong designation for the truck

I really should have checked...

I will definitely be picking up (at least) one of these! This is some good news, indeed.
