I bought this on a whim on Ebay (great price). Of course I don't know which countries used this type or how common it was, and when this type was in use. Is there a website on this, or does anyone know? Thanks.

Don't know for certain, if I had to guess I'd say Eastern Europe. Pair it with Mini-Arts Stucco corner shop.
