Does anyone know if a resin conversion of this tank exists?

i dont know if it does, but it looks like the hull is the design of the T-34. so you could scratch build it with that base.

as far as I know there is no kit of the SU-101, but there is more info on the vehicle here including plans, at the bottom of this page .
