Well we have had our 500th user sign-up today. Congrats to "Rhemz" of the Netherlands for being number 500 (even though the system will say #503).
We also passed the 1.5 million page views mark sometime after midnight last night!
And while I am at it Pete's (epi) article on his NTC M1 Abrams (one of the first armor articles on the site) has now been read over 2000 times! Whoo hoo Pete!
Just another day on Armorama.com.
:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Wow - that's great news - especially considering all the other forum sites out there popping up like flowers in spring...

Whoa.... That's pretty darn cool! It's not the total number of members that make the difference, it's how many have shared tips, atricles, and have presence in the forum.

YM,
That is true. I have been watching that number too. It has been staying above 50-60% of registered users. Currently 275 individual members have posted in the forum.
I probably don't say this enough but this site would not be around if not for the gracious and diligent support of users like you and the rest of the "officer" core.
Thanks all!
Jim

Phenomenal! A salute to all who've posted and kept the Forum alive - and an invitation for the rest of the Membership to join in for the next million page views!

Thats great. I am sure its going to keep going like crazy. I am sure all the new articles we get from the competition are going to be a big attraction also.

So, what's the reason the Site Administrator (you) is #2? That's a question that has perplexed me for a while.

YM,
There is a default "anonymous" user that is always part of the core software.
Mystery solved.

Well, that sure explains the mystery.
Hmmm. Now the site needs something else that will cause all the members to scratch their heads in confusion.

Afour star spangle banner salute a tip of the cap, and a wink and a nod are defintiely in order. Drinks are on the house, too bad we all live so far apart. Cheers and I'll bet the next 500 breezes thru without a hitch. Jim offer yourself a meritorious Mast well deserved!
