That 'Wolf' is built from the 1/35 Vk6600(h) E-79bis/128 Kit released by Wave in 2002. It's a design from the video-game Panzer Front Bis . Here's the sadly discontinued kit's page on HLJ...

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you! It is sad to see it is no longer in production, as it does look like an interesting beast to build. But at that cost you would only get one chance at it.
Now I know what it is I can begin to track it down.
