Hummels belonged to the PanzerArtillerie, so crews should have worn the Field Grey version of the Special Panzer Uniform with red piping. Alternatively panzer denims or overalls are possibles. There are a couple of photos of Hummels in the old Squadron/Signal title on PzIV derivatives, which show soldiers wearing ordinary Field Grey, but these shots also show an "overcrewed" Hummel (normal complement was 6), so these may be infantry or supply soldiers (the Special clothing was only issued to actual vehicle crews not to ther members of Panzer or Panzerartillerie units) along for the ride.
