i have a diorama in my head i have just started it .
i am going to have the home army dressed in german uniforms with the arm bands attacking a german strong hold and a tank.

i thought i read of a diorama with the same/similar theme a few weeks back. the poster had put up some pictures of some figures and the rudimentary street scene he was laying out.

thanks i will take pictures today after papers i have a hezter on the build aswell but im stuck for a building

I can help you out with info if need be. Being half Polish, my grandfather was in Warsaw and later on in Lodz fduring WWII for most of his teenage years and now tells many of his stories. If you have any questions, ask me, and I'll see what I can learn from him. Eagerly anticipating this dio.

more on the hezter its going to be repaired in the german cemetry whilst being ambushed by the home army

Hello Martyn,

Home Army used civilian clothes, Polish uniforms from 1939 and German uniforms. Of course they were mixed also. German uniforms were captured in possessed magazines or in fight. Some of them were complete.

thank you mate i have used a website deicated to the uprising and i looks like ss greandiers apart from the arm bands so i have got some of them sorted i have a courier lady and i think i need some polish infantry .

i was playing around with the diorama last nite at 2.30 and i am going to have a hetzer being captured and examined by the polish when a german wants it back with a panzerfaust and a hidden sniper more photos today

thnaks mate its best to dive straight in and build one mate i recomend a tamiya kit and build it up from there
my first 1/35 was a tamiya brummbar and i have never lookd back since !
go for it !

im going to do a lone sniper defending the tanks as it is repaired a simple dio i think
