Looking at the photos below, I am wondering about techniques for water elements of this dio. I want to make water on both sides of this Wip Molen windmill and need to seal the edges water-tite will the resin Evirotex cures overnite.
My past efforts have resulted in some pretty expensive materials being lost on the garage floor, having leaked out. I would rather not have to leave a permenant wooden border around the groundwork and pond areas. What I am looking to do is put a temporary border and removing it without damaging the base as it is make of Stryro and therefore, delicate. Silly Putty, Liquid Hands, etc.......et al.
Any suggestions are welcomed. Best Regards, Robert Liles

One possiblity is to glue plastic sheet with white glue to the sides. You can lightly sand plastic so that white glue has a better bite. Use the white glue as a sealant making sure you cover all the gaps on the edges.
Then coat the plastic sheet with some vaseline so that the envirotex doesnt stick to it. When cured, just peel the plastic off. The white glue can also be cleaned off by soaking with water.
The white glued plastic wont be able to withstand rough handling so take care.
You'll also need to test how well the vaseline keeps the envirotex from sticking to the plastic.
Hope this helps.
