Has anyone used these figures with any builds? If so, with which kit (I tried to use them with DML's Marder IIIh and they do not seem to fit right).

Is it kit 6016, you are talking about?
This kit was designed probably with the Näshorn or Hummel kit in mind. As its a good few years older than the Marder, chances are it wont ... eventhough they are quite general posed figures. Different fighting area, so you´ll prpbably need to adapt the figures to work.

Hi
Others to consider are the ones available from Tristar and Miniart, although if true to form the Miniart ones whilst great figures, will be on the larger size of 1/35 scale.

That the impression that I got from the review, but in reality the crew fit quite odd. They will need some teaking to get them to look like they belong on that tank (issues with the height of the crew and the height of the gun)

These figures were designed specifically for the old Grille Ausf H kit - right chassis, wrong gun! In fact they came with the kit when Dragon first issued it. They are pretty old, so not up to latest standards. They are illustrated with what looks like either "long" 75mm or 88mm shells, but originally had the shorter thicker 150mm ones.
