I have DML Nashorn that I've just finished building ..about to apply primer paint soon.
While painting.. I have a 1:72 chinook that was given to me by a friend (first helicopter that I build). Will keep posted ..my camera died recently and need to buy replacement.

Just working on or getting a number kits lined up for the different campaigns I have entered. I like it as it motivates me to build through my stash

I am led to believe that Steve has sadly passed away last week having been ill for a while.
I have been out of touch with everything going on for the past wee while but this news really took the wind out of my sails. Steve was giving loads of support and advice to anyone who wanted it including myself and was a credit to the modelling fraternity. A kinder and more accommodating fellow you could not have met.
If the other Steve's (Junior and Junior Junior) are looking in on his old blogs, or anyone in close contact with the family, please pass on my condolences and pass on my thanks for having the chance to have met and learned from Steve Senior.
All the very best
I am sure Steve Senior is already witteling away at his model table up there in a good place and getting round to many fresh projects! Aye!!!!!!!
