Pictures updated daily approx 12:00 GMT.
Any information about subject is welcomed. All I have is drawings in last issue of "M-Hobby", several close-up pictures from google and alot of imagination.
Thanks to BARV for inspiration on scratchbuilding, he taught us that everything is possible.

First problems: how to make fret rudders of the missile?
http://www.new-factoria.ru/missile/wobb/oka/rketa1.jpg
http://tanksinmoscow.com/CMSA/Foto4/Oka_01.htm
The fret cell size is approx 1.0..1.5mm, 2mm deep, 45 degrees slope, approx 7 x 8 cells big, I need 4 of them. Already tried superglueing aluminium strips (not fine and precise enough), glueing polystyrene strips (looks too fat and too difficult to maintain precise fret), knife-scratched fret on clear 2mm thick plexiglass (looks best and precise but it's optical illusion, not recreation of the real thing). Any ideas?

you mean these?
I wonder if you could find photo etched screen and stack several layers of that till it was 2mm thick?
the challenge would lie in keeping the layers aligned and then trimming to size once they were stacked an glued

exactly. did not expect such a challenge, except these rudders almost everything is done. if i knew it would be so hard, i'd make missile bay closed.

thanks for idea, you're second to recommend this way, the problem is to find proper etched fret now... if i order via hobbyshop it'll take approx month to receive... and, speaking of accuracy - i expect layers of etched fret to show well even painted over... therefore it's no better than, say, soldering strips of copper or something. the best solution could be finding alike fret of plastic, some decoration panel or ventilation fret or something... when i look on my unfinished 1/32 F-117A model i regret that i already glued both intake frets (even twice glued because of heavy production warp ) - i could clone these and it'd do fine for rudders.

Wow I have no clue if the dimensions are correct or not, but you got some awesome building skills. I

That is extremely good building skils. To build something like this from scratch is incredible.

Check wheels, http://foto.inbox.lv/carrey/oka/IMG-7230.jpg and forth on.
As you can see, details of tires can be made from scratch far better than Trumpeter offers in its latest kits

couldnt you take some styrene or even brass strips and cut a groove half way down like the way cardboard box inserts to seperate glass for example are made?
*** from august 8th!!! you probably already figured it out ***

I know what you mean and even tried that. The problem is that it's almost impossible to make clean halfway cuts, especially in metal strips - they just break apart. I will (may be) try to soldier small strips of copper with small rectangles in between, but this is gonna be jewellery work to do, I'm afraid I must stop drinking to maintain shakeless hands
Meanwhile, I'm hoping to receive construction drawings for the BAZ chasiss, therefore "Oka" project is on hold now... Nevertheless, my hands are busy anyway - if you're interested in modern aviation, check this: http://foto.inbox.lv/carrey/Su-34

Continued...

Fully working (articulating) suspension, torsion bars and shock absorbers will be added later. Transmission bars etc. internal stuff - still no information (anyone wants to visit Oka in Sofia and take alot of pictures? ), so gizmology proposed. Working on wheels - drawings miss 3 mm of wheels' width, therefore I must figure out how to make them more realistic and KrAZ-like without totally reworking all 8 pcs.
