this is no longer a el alamein dio, its a 1/48 normandy dio about the 7th armoured division after the d-day landings,what german soldiers are apropriate for this time period in 1944 and which manufacturers make them? for my dio i might think of a ambush with part of a house with a couple of germans firing at a british convoy down below. on the opposite side of the house i think im going to put a tall hedgerow with a couple of german firing panzerfausts and mg42's etc at the britsh convoy. i will use two tamiya 1/48 universal carriers and one 1/48 cromwell tank. i will also use two 1/48 tamiya british infantry kits.now all i have to do is find some late world war two german troops and a 1/48 normandy house thanks and best regards calvin ng
