does anyone know where to get world war two british soldiers with more dynamic and in action poses in 1/48 scale. the tamiya ones are to expensive and poorly molded.

If you think the Tamiya's are too expensive, I don't think you want to even look at the resin or metal figs out there.

o okay ill try the tamiya figs its just that there arent much of the brits in action poses

True. But with some modification, they can be built in more actiony (is that a word?) poses. The officer that comes with the Carrier can be given a different arm (holding a Sten) and head (wearing a helmet) , too

You could take a look at the figures produced by these guys, North Star Figures . They are primarily intended for wargamers, so the weapons are rather chunky, and the cost per four figures may be prohibitive if you think the Tamiya ones cost too much. The detail (other than the weapons) and animation are not bad though, especially the paras.
