Okay, 'first' is maybe abit of a stretch, but after my horrific pre-teen modeling abominations, I've not done any scale model since I was about 12! I decided I wanted to do a full-blown diorama of allied assault on German airfield, but I wanted to test my skills with a small diorama first. So here - for your crits & comments!

Looking nice. Matchbox is an old brand, Revell used many of their molds to make 1/76 kits.

You know - that's a pretty good effort.
Looks a little on the glossy side, but that could just be a trick of the camera.

Thanks guys!
Yeah that's my camera's flash, I was too impatient to take the pics to wait till the morning and take them under the natural light.
Any obvious mistakes/anything I could improve?

Nice little scene...could maybe use a figure or two to add to it, other than that looks good. Thanks for sharing your work.

I wanted to add 2-3 dudes, but the 1/72 Pak crew figures I have noticeably don't fit . That's why I originally built the truck opened, but you can tell that 1/72 people would never fit in. I don't know if there are 1/76 scale figures available.
And thanks for a comment!

A very nice Krupp and Pak, I built the Matchbox version of this kit when I was about 12-13, I loved those kits, I've just built Revell's re-issue of the Puma, and it brought back a lot of memories.

Nice work Mish.
The only comment I have is the rear of the Protze. The high parts were fixed and only the middle opened. In photos I saw 2 versions, 1 in which the middle part opened in 1 part to the left side of the vehicle and the other verion in which the middle part opened in 2 parts like this:
Maybe its not too late.
Cheers,
Peter
