I am building a medieval era military battle with a hand mortared castle and I need a source for grey colored stones and bricks, i have found 2 manufacturers, calibre 35, and custom dioramics, and have seen their stuff arund, but i need it within the next day or two so if anyone knows of a site that sells this type of product that also had overnight or next day air shipping i would be very very grateful!!!!!

What I do when I need massive quantities of bricks/blocks is to go at my arts craft store, buy some modelling clay (there's some already brick or gray coloured) roll it with a bottle to the desired thickness and then with a ruler a a sharp knife just cut out the bricks/blocks. Considering that blocks can be a bit more uneven than bricks just shape them with your fingers after you cot them...

Check out Hirstarts. I used several of their molds and I'm very happy with them. They have a very complete website with loads of hints and tips.
