Also the small rectangles that sit at the rear of the square upper hull, do these need removed

Hi Al

They're the backs for the 7TP tool boxes I was on about.

Hi David,

Thanks, understand what you were talking about now. I wondered what they were for!! Pity a few more bins would have added a bit more interest. I shall remove them.

Thanks again

Al

Hi Folks,

well a little progress on my fun porject: added the tools and removed the offending rectangles. I also fashioned a new drivers hatch as I seem to have lost the orignal along the way.

Firstly though tracks arrived from Dave, thanks mate so I'm made a start on constructing them

Just a few more to go

How the kit stands at the moment: - fix the bogie thanks David.

Finally I was looking at the RPM and Mirage kits, some really interesting and cheap ones and wondering why exactly RPM stopped producing their replacement track as it would seem appropriate for a lots of these kit?????

Hello Alan,

I don't understand it too...There is incomprehensible...
You're absolutely right - RPM and Mirage Hobby have many interesting or unique(and really CHEAP) kits

Spade should be on left mudguard but remaining tools on right. Something like this(without the spade):

Hi Adam,

Thanks, just put them on as per the kit instructions. Nice looking model, I need to get mine toned down a bit.

Yip it's wierd, lots of their stuff I looked at was based on the Vickers E and the other small tanks looked like they needed the same track.

These are excellent kits for beginners because the cost is so low, but they have a really good range of unusual vehicles. If I can get the track problem sorted out I can see a few of these going into Polish Pre War collection, I really like the recovery vehicle so I may just have to get one of those and the A/Cs although basic, look fun.

Thanks again for all your help, looks like moving the tools tomorrow. Are the rear bins OK or do they need adjusted?

No problem Al

In this version(without air intakes), rear bins should be closer to last support of mudguard...but it's unimportant There is so well too!
