Hi
does any body know what is the color for ww2 USMC webbing and ect?
I have got the real stuff from ww2 and it looks like a dark mustard color
but is over 60 years old tho , I painted it OD and that dont look right ,So does any body know what paint that would be please pm me or put it on here all help is appreiacted

I can't say as to any official color by any paint manufacturer. However, everything that I have seen is a pale green (worn out or bleached od) or the tan/mustard color you mentioned.
Remember that equipment came from a wide array of manufacturers and there was some irregularity as to color.

hi as previous poster stated , there is no standard paint colour for webbing , but the best is sandy khaki . Webbing faded due to the wind , water and sun , plus the protective coating used to bull it up . hope this helps cheers ian
