Anybody got the dimensions of the PIAT ammo carrier as seen here:

Is the Piat Ammo Carrier the same as the carrier for two inch mortar ammo?
If so I'll go with the Resicast one if not does anyone make one in resin or plastic? - I think I remember there was one in the Esci British Para set but not worth searching for the set just for that.

Hi Pat,

Dragon has a set of british firing a PIAT. Don´t remember the reference but it is in 1:35 scale.

Have a nice day,

Its in the DLM British Paras. If you wish to make your own, the dimentions of the ESCI and Wolf examples I have are:

Diameter = 3mm
Length = 11 mm (ESCI) or 13mm (Wolf). Which one is more accurate I can't say for sure, but my money is on the Wolf.

Thanks Geoff shouldn't be too difficult to make. The Wolf figures do look tempting though.
