i recently bought a academy m3 lee and then i saw that they were giving out replacment sprues for their bogies, i cut off the upc code of the box of the model and mailed it to model rectifier corp. they still havent mailed it to me. i heard a couple of people on this site have already recieved theirs but i dont know why mine hasnt come yet

I can't tell you why you haven't received yours yet. Perhaps the response depleted their stock on hand, and folks need to wait for a restock.
I received mine last week, It was shipped to me on 8-20, so I know some were shipped, how many I have no idea.
