Well, this is kind've a cheating dio, since I didn't paint the figures. I used Forces of Valor Figures, which are pre-painted. I did dust them up a little.

I've been working on a WWII German figure, the figure is painted, and I was working on the base yesterday, but the painting was not working out. I decided that I need to start it over again. I was sick of that project, so decided to do something easy and fun, that I could get done quickly...hence the Forces of Valor figs Honestly, the base definitely isn't my best scenery work either, like I said, I wanted to do something quick and non-stressful.

Truth be told, these uniforms might be wrong for OIF, I don't know. If so, just tell me, and I'll stop calling it a OIF dio... : )

Anyway, here's the pics.

nice diorama, however I would not call this an OIF diorama due to the fact that ground forces did not wear the 4 tone "chocolate chip" uniforms. They only had the 3 tone desert uniforms. Maybe renaming this an Operation Desert Storm would be appropriate, and would fit in because the figures are not wearing any body armor.

This dio looks really good and i absolutely want one of those arch ways, but the uniforms being worn are the desert storm era "chocolate chip" desert camo, not the newer three tone or MARPAT being used today. Other than that it looks good and I await updates.
