I'm not sure what you are asking, your question isn't really clear.
If you are talking about the M2 interior, the answer is kind if.
The older M2 interior will work as a base, but the newer M2A2 ODS vehicle in the new Academy kit has a different seating arrangement in the troop area. New-build M2A2 ODSs (Academy's new kit) have bench seats similar to an M113.
You can use the basic interior, remove the molded in boxes on the floor, and leave out the individual seats. Add the bench seats and you are set. Also, leave off the triangular water vessel on the right, rear sidewall too. It was quicky discarded after the original M2s since it was hard to fill and keep clean.
Nothing else from the M2 kit needs to be carried over to the M2A2 OIF kit. They are two different versions and the OIF kit is pretty accurate and up to date.

13205 does not include any interior - that's why Gino described the possibility of using 1335 interior parts with 13205 kit.

Pavel is right on it.
No M2A2 or M2A2ODS/OIF kits come with an interior. The only ones that did are the original Tamiya M2 kit, and the Academy copy of it (1335). You have to either modify the interior from it or make one from scratch since there is no AM interior for them either. Eduard does make a PE M2 turret interior set though that can be used w/any of the Bradley kits.
Overall, the Academy M2A2 OIF kit (13205) isn't that bad. It has some newer, nice features, but they left some old, incorrect items too. The worst is the track. They are the older triangle block track that hasn't been in use since the mid-'90s. Furthermore, Academy's triangle block track is molded incorrectly too. You can replace them with the correct square block track from either Blast in resin , AFV Club's plastic ones, or Fruil metal tracks.
Here is a review of the M2A2 OIF from PMMS.
Pavel's great accurization article will help out too.
Good luck.
