Has anyone encountered kits with deceased German Soldiers. I'm building an abandoned German tank and want to add one or two German casualties (prefered with winter gear) to the scene.

Hi
No kit manufacturers do deceased soldiers but Dragon do a set of figures with wounded soldiers in. Also both Dragon and ICM/Revell do a set of German tankers escaping from around a disabled tank.
As jimmy's already mentioned Verlinden do some, as do a few others if you go over to resin figures, such as VLS Warriors. These will be expensive in comparison. The one manufacturer that comes to mind as doing dead tankers recently is Tank from Russia.
Here is a link to the news item here on Armorama announcing them. The last two items, T-35091 and T-35092

As for suppliers, I'm not sure for the USA, you'll need to hunt around or ask here.
