Can anyone tell me anything about the Dragon Expo 1/6 Jeep special? I may be crazy enough to get it if I knew something about it, like is it even a kit or a pre-built model?

The DX expo Jeep is a pre built model, However DML's track record has been to re-release their 1/6th vehicles in kit form. They have done this with thier Kubel wagen, Kettenkrad, and Pak 37.
